Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using WenBot ("the Service," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using any part of WenBot, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
WenBot is a streamer toolset for content creators on the Kick platform. The Service provides features including but not limited to: automated chat bots, giveaway management, viewer point systems, casino affiliate verification, OBS overlays, Discord integration, and wager leaderboards. Features available to you depend on your subscription tier.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use WenBot. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. WenBot is intended for use by content creators who operate on the Kick streaming platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Paid features require an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
All fees are in US dollars and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as described in our refund policy below.
We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of your initial subscription purchase. If you are unsatisfied within the first 7 days, contact us at support@logicplaystudios.com and we will issue a full refund. No refunds are issued after 7 days or for partial billing periods following cancellation.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until that date.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any account we determine, in our sole discretion, is violating these terms.
WenBot integrates with third-party platforms including Kick, Discord, Stripe, and various casino affiliate programs. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.
Casino affiliate API data (such as wager amounts and leaderboard rankings) is provided by the respective casino operator. WenBot does not guarantee the accuracy of this data and is not responsible for any errors or omissions in data returned by casino APIs.
WenBot's casino verification system is a tool to help streamers organize their affiliate communities. It is not a gambling service and does not facilitate, process, or endorse any gambling transactions. The verification system links a viewer's casino username to their Kick or Discord identity for organizational purposes only. We do not verify that any particular user has actually wagered any amount of money, and we disclaim any liability for inaccurate or fraudulent verification submissions.
All content, branding, logos, software, and features of WenBot are the exclusive property of WenBot and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WenBot and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WenBot and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your content or data submitted to the Service; or (d) your violation of any third party's rights.
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal in your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice in the dashboard. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
